Laser Welding 

Frank’s Jewelry is proud to be a LaserStar certified repair center.  Using the power of lasers, we are able to weld breaks or problems with pieces that normal torch soldering is unable to repair.  This allows us to repair pieces of jewelry that include delicate stones that can break due to the high amount of heat produced from the flame of a torch, or even some broken watch parts that may be out of production.  We can also usually repair broken eyeglass frames made of titanium or other advanced materials that usually require you to buy a new set of glasses, saving you time and money!

 Watches

If you’re having trouble with a modern or antique timepiece, or just need a new battery for your watch, bring it to Frank’s Jewelry to see if we can repair it.  We offer original factory parts for all of the watch brands we sell and can usually offer original factory or generic replacement parts for all other watch manufacturers.  Frank’s Jewelry can also provide factory direct service for most major manufacturers for warranty related or factory only service.  Whether you have an inexpensive watch that just needs a minor repair, a high end Swiss timepiece that needs regular maintenance, or a family heirloom that just won’t work, bring your timepiece to Frank’s and let us inspect your watch and give you a free estimate.   

With the exception of battery replacement or minor adjustments that can usually be done while you wait, and depending on our current in stock parts, your repair will usually be completed within a few days to a few weeks.  Please be aware that due to limited availability from factory or third party suppliers, antique and high end watch parts and repairs may take several weeks to complete as we acquire the parts and make sure your watch is regulated correctly.

 Engraving

 Appraisals

Do you have a valuable item you need to have insured?  How about something you were given or inherited that has sentimental value, but you’re not sure of its actual value?  Frank’s Jewelry can help!  We are more than happy to give you a general estimate of your item’s value in our store while you wait.  If you need an insurance evaluation, we are happy to set up a time where you can drop your item off for an in-depth analysis and written report you can submit to your insurance company.   

Be aware that due to high demand, written evaluations can take several days to weeks to complete.  During the Christmas holiday season, we generally do not accept new requests for evaluations from December 1 to January 1 as this is a very busy time filling requests for Christmas gifts.  Please give us a call or email us to set a time that works well for you so we can give you an accurate appraisal.   

Layaway

If you’re saving for a very special gift for someone, but don’t want to risk not getting your gift by waiting to purchase an item at a later date, use our layaway service!  We require an initial deposit to hold the item, and require a payment every month to keep the item on layaway.  Contact us for more information on this service.

Have you seen a piece of jewelry or watch somewhere, but we don’t have it in stock?  Ask us about ordering the item for you from one of our manufacturers.  If we don’t carry the exact line you are looking for, there is a good chance that one of our designers or suppliers has an item very similar to what you are looking for.  Contact us today for more information about ordering a special item for you.
